The training exercise covers major aspects of PSI-seq data: analysis including quality control of data, mapping data to a reference genome, Pseudo-uridine site detection, annotation of PSI-sites and visualization of results. Further the regulatory effects of the pseudouridine can also be studied by combining Differential Gene expression analysis(RNA-Seq) with PSI-Seq.
