  ArrayGen Workshops on NGS-2021!!!
Introducing a hands-on training for the students from Biotechnology, Microbiology as well as other life sciences background who are never or little exposed to the Bioinformatics. This workshop will introduce Advanced bioinformatics, NGS Data Analysis and respective workflow. It will be delivered using a combination of lectures; computer based practical sessions and discussions with case studies from life science research. Our main goal is to produce a set of finest students by exposing them to the actual industrial requirements and prepare them with confidence for the opportunities in upcoming years. .

Goals :

NGS Data Analysis workshop will provide an introduction to next generation sequencing (NGS) platforms, custom data analysis and tools for data quality control and variant calling of Data Analysis



Participants will be introduced with its applicability to real-time data analysis problem. All our training content is as per industrial requirement and 100% practical exposure which will help candidate to make their better career in the field of bioinformatics.

- Pathway Network analysis using stringDB(PPI) & Cytoscapes
- Pathway Network Analysis using KEGG Mapper tool for all DEG genes
